I can't wait for my next visit to this cute little New England town.Most recently I had the pleasure of dining at Revival through a recommendation from a close friend and MAN! this place did not disappoint. The inside is cozy and welcoming, the service was speedy and friendly and the food selection was incredible. I also love a place that has specials - my mother in law enjoyed the short rib pappardelle. My first time having Osso Bucco and OMG - I need it again and again. Cocktails weren't half bad either, I'd love to return for a more casual snack and drink.“

“Pleasantly surprised!! The menu was a little challenging for us to read. Lots of words we didn't recognize and honestly nothing was really jumping out at us for some reason. But then we started to see some food walking by to other tables (we needed a visual menu lol) and knew it was gonna be good. Ceasar salad was insanely good. Came with smoked blue fish it was the perfect meal. Fantastic clam chowder. Homemade bread. Everything was homemade or local and you could tell they take great pride in everything they make and serve, including an espresso martini made with so much love. “I read about New Rivers in RI Monthly, and decided to check it out with my husband (he loves bread, and we saw rolls listed). Best choice ever. We had a few drinks at the bar while we waited for our table to open, which were delicious. Once we got seated, we ordered a cheese plate and their famous New River Rolls. The cheese plate was small but curated so well. We could have eaten 3 orders of the rolls.. so worth it. The food was so fresh and flavorful, and genuinely just awesome to eat. Service was wonderful, the staff were super friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Can’t wait to go back“

The charcuterie board comes with soft boiled eggs and toasts.I like the lighting in the evening ; nice and dim but I did see some people needing their phone lights to see the menu. I thought it was perfect lighting though.Great mashed potatoes. Very creamy and maybe whipped?The prices of some items are reasonable and others are a bit more expensive. Fries were $9 and they were great but I just think that’s an odd price for that.It does get really loud in here at night on weekends as they try to transition into more of a bar.Parking is obviously a bit difficult but they seem to offer valet services and I chose to walk instead. You see Providence has arguably the best food in North America and we have our own little twists to things..Unique, creative entrees and appetisers paired with local beers and spirits are just the beginning. I really can't do the quality of food here enough justice with words. They change the menu seasonally to reflect local sourcing and rhythms. They shop as local as possible. The chefs are locals. The vibe is Unique to Providence. It's located centrally downtown so there are no excuses because it is nearby buses, Uber and parking. “This place has now become one of my absolute favorite restraints in all of Providence! It is a quiet, intimate restaurant with a refined appearance. The staff is courteous, efficient and does a great job of explaining the dishes. However, the best part of Oberlin is the amazing, unique selection of dishes. The focaccia was perfectly crunchy and it paired very well with the olive oil. The agnolotti with apple and cauliflower sauce were also to die for! My one critique of the dish is that I wish there was more of it! The portion size wasn't very large, and left me wanting more! Still delicious though!“

“Our first time trying this restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was early in the morning so not crowded at all but even if it was the dining room is spacious and inviting. Our server was friendly and helpful explaining the menu. My wife chose the traditional eggs Benedict which she never had before and loved it. “Love it here! Right down the street from my house. They have excellent food and the best wings around hands down! Staff is always friendly and I had a conversation with the owner once and he was very enlightening on all the different nightly things that take place there. The bar is pretty big and does get packed quick on a weekend. Drinks are all reasonably priced and I love their Moscow mules, the girls work quick at making the drinks but they all taste the same which is important! The weekends usually always have bands and is a good time. Tables and chairs near the stage area and dance floor. One bathroom for woman and men (sometimes u may have to wait) the sink in the ladies room can be tricky but once u figure it out it's good. Parking in the back and on the side street, again it gets busy. It's just an all around nice little spot for a drink and food or just to enjoy some music or other weekly entertainment! Def recommend!“
