“Our church, Triedstone MBC, just hosted a luncheon for our leadership team. It was catered by Darrow’s New Orleans Grill. We were very pleased with our experience. The food was delicious. And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. “They're dessert rotation sucks. They have not had the apple spice cookie in a long time it's been months yet they keep the Snickerdoodle rotation often. Store is clean. There touch-screen order tablet does not operate right. I kept tapping the item and nothing was happening. Then the person came over and placed our order.”

Lani and Cesar were working the counter and they provided great service with a smile and checked in with my wife and I often about taking our trays away when we were done. Cesar also came over to provide condiments when we didn’t have some at our table. Today the atmosphere was pretty quiet and the music wasn’t loud. If you haven’t had it and you live close by or you’re just passing through on the 91 and you need to pick up a burger and you don’t want to wait at In-N-Out. Call this place up. Tell them you want a cheeseburger with everything on it and you’re gonna be so happy.”

“Did not expect to be this nice because google image show a very simple restaurant. I went there yesterday with my family we were looking for Thai restaurant near by my house. I just move here for school so not familiar with area but my family want to eat our culture food. I am on a budget and this place coming with high rating. I like it a lot. Service was good. Crab fried rice for $13.99 is to die for. I usually spend closer to $20 for crab fried rice else where and they even use the real crab. Chicken wing are amazing. Red curry is also taste like home. I will definitely coming back. We sit there for closer to 2 hours and my nephew was entertain. They have games for kid and coin machine too. What a good find!”

“This was my first time trying The Rascals Teriyaki in Carson and I’m honestly impressed. The teriyaki bowl was delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the sauce was just right. Every bite was tender and seasoned so well.

“This our favorite breakfast spot near CSUDH. Usually we'll order ahead by phone. The morning menu is a great mix of traditional American and Mexican dishes. Sometimes we'll get Pancakes and Eggs, sometimes Huevos Rancheros but most times it's breakfast burritos that really hit the spot and can carry us till dinner time.
The cafe has been remodeled quite a bit over the last few years and their atmosphere and decor is another wonderful addition to the personality of this great little Mexican grill.”

“I ordered sinigang beef and sayote beef n shrimp. My most favorite was the sinigang beef. The broth was well balanced with flavors and chunks of beef on bone. No hint of additional oil which made the soup flavorful as you would expect the slightly sour taste of the tamarind yet it was balanced with the right seasonings and veggies. The sayote beef/shrimp was full of flavor but the drawback for me is that it was oily even though the sayote dish is like a sabaw (soup) dish. If you love rice, they pack half the plate with white rice. The total cost for rice plus 2 items came out to $13.19 debit charge. It’s cheaper than other places but I think they have a pay scale depending on what you order. My receipt shows they charged me for a 2 item combo but I had an additional
Charge of .99 cents for the sinigang beef. I guess the rice is considered an item as well. I’m not bothered by the charge since it’s still cheaper than other places I’ve been. So the rest of the food selections look good and well presented. I will come back to try more dishes. Overall my experience was good and the atmosphere is pleasant.”

“I ordered the garlic noddle with beef and it was delicious, and my partner got one of their bowls and enjoyed their food too. We ordered take out both times, but I was back for more a week later. The portion sizes are big, I made 2 meals from my noddles and it tasted even better day two. I have not ate inside the restaurant but it looks clean, bright, and even offers outdoor dining. It is shared with another restaurant that serves açaís bowls, I believe, which only opens up the variety of food you can get.”

“Mongolian beef and chicken chow mein. All the Mongolian beef I've ever tried have been delicious this place a little unique, a little on the sweet side but still its good. Maybe next time ill tell the cook if he could not sweet the beef but its good. Chow mein was great! Haven't tried chicken chow mein that delicious in a long while. The place is laid out like a typical Asian restaurant, floors are clean, tables are cleaned as well very quiet just how i like it lol.”
