Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!”

In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee. Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes. The organizers started asking stores if they could host us. The second store we asked was The Welsh Rabbit. They allowed us in and we were in for a treat. Their cheezes were amazing, the ambience so pleasant and many of our members lined up to purchase items. They saved our evening. This store is an example of the heart of Fort Collins! We thank them so very much for what they did for us. Give this business a try! If you need gourmet items, dine wines and delicious cheeses for any event then why he Welsh Rabbit is where you need to visit!”

For sweets I got the mango ice cream with kulfi pistachio 🤤. I sampled a few and they were all great 😊🤤🤤🤤 not sure what the other comments are talking about everything delicious and unique such a great way to highlight their culture. “We stumbled upon The Corner Slice while walking around downtown Fort Collins, looking for something quick and easy that could work for our whole family—including our baby daughter—and it turned out to be the perfect spot.
Right off the bat, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always sets the tone for a good experience. They had March Madness basketball on the TVs, which added a fun energy to the place, and their selection of sodas, beer, and wine was way better than I expected for a casual pizza joint.
I started off with a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic bread, and let me tell you—it was so good I had to get up and order another slice. You know a pizza place is doing something right when a single slice isn’t enough and you find yourself going back for more. The crust, the sauce, the cheese—everything was just spot on.
The whole vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming, super family-friendly, and just the kind of spot you want in a neighborhood like this. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, hanging with friends, or bringing your kids along, it’s got everything you need.
We had such a wonderful time, and I’m honestly already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want great pizza with great people in a great location. This one’s a gem.
Parking: You have to find street parking, but like any place in downtown Fort Collins it’s hit or miss. There are some paid parking, garages, walking distance, though!

It didn't happen. The chilies were cooked in it. However, I asked for a hot dog cut up and mixed with the M&C, and they did that. Hubby loved his Ruben and fries. They use rice oil to fry foods. Hubby can't have soy oil; he was super happy about that”

Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.”

I was so full of gratitude when she took time to tell me cause belly issues are common and an easy to hold down men or drink is so important during this time !! We had Miss Hailey as our server and she was excellent. We were seated immediately around 4:15pm for dinner. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is like a rustic cabin but super clean and with superior style. The music they play in here is not too loud and a nice mix / playlist. The food, again, is phenomenal and ain’t cheap but you get more than what you pay for! The manager told me they don't do call ahead on weekends and they also will not move tables together so my son's birthday party will need to sit at separate tables. Once we arrived they sat 4 separate parties that came after us. They then told us they would not seat us until more staff comes in, for 11 people. They went to seat us at 2 separate tables after waiting for 20 minutes. We then requested the big table in the back that sat all of us comfortably, and we are not small people. This was a joke. 2 of the steaks were inedible they had so much seasoning on them and my plate was drenched in oil. Horrible experience and manager. also there was a 10 month old puppy at the table next to us, sitting in the bench and barking. seriously disappointed. we have eaten here for years and sadly will not be back, we will drive to the one in Thornton”

Sausage Bolognese was to die for. Delicious pancetta and sausage caramelized on the pasta with wonderful meaty flavor. Slight basil and parm rounded out the dish.
The crew set us a first timer cheesecake. We were blown away mascarpone cheesecake over a sugar biscotti with toasted almonds a caramel sauce. Epic.

They have a huge variety of food items to choose from. My favorite is the lengua tacos. They are big and filling. One is plenty for me unless I'm starving, then I go for two and then I'm too full and say I should have just stuck to one. LOL The lengua is the best I've ever tasted. It's so tender and delicious. It's a MUST try when you go. I've tried many different dishes and they were all fantastic. Also, the best customer service ever. Everyone is so friendly. You can't go wrong here. “I don't usually comment on big chains, but without saying a word about it, Maddy convinced me otherwise.
The food exceeded my expectations, and I didn't even get pasta. The salmon was super-tasty and tender, the garlicked broccoli done to perfection. The dinner companions, all of whom actually did get pasta, thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I don't eat much bread, but I found myself snarfing down those tasty breadsticks.
The service. Ah, yes. Here we go. Maddy was perfect, and I don't say that lightly. She was at the table quickly after we sat down. She checked on us often enough that we knew we were being cared for, but stayed away enough to let us have uninterrupted time together. She brought a refill for me before I had my glass finished.
Maddy had a constant genuine smile and beamed a positive attitude every second she was at our table, including while unloading a dinner plate tray that was bigger than she was. When I threw out lightly snarky humor, she was quick with a friendly and funny rejoinder.
I wish we could clone Maddy for every restaurant in the country. Seriously, I'm old, and I have never had better or more enjoyable service at a restaurant.
