Why get anything else when the was SOO good the first time. I just got the classic little wolf burger and fries. That burger has two patties, cheese, pickles and a mayo with pieces of onion chopped into it. I'm not big on pieces of mayo so I get it on the side. The fries come with a chilli pepper mayo and it's THE BEST. I dip my burger in it. It's not spicy as you would think. The fries are great too. Not that crispy which I love but I'm sure you can ask for them to be if you like. Might be the best burger I've had to date. Last time I got the Mac n cheese and I don't recall how that was.“

The beautiful exposed brick and huge windows cast a warm glow on the modern dining room. They nailed Indian flavors without being heavy or greasy, and the fun fusion dishes we tried, like Indian-spiced tater tots with sulfur salt and beet ketchup are well executed and a lot of fun. It would be easy to eat healthy at Thattu, and I enjoyed the vegetarian combo with vegetable curry, rice, beans, and sauteed Brussels sprouts with coconut. We also tried the fried chicken with dill sauce, and the catfish.Guests order through an app at Thattu, and the cost is inclusive of service. They don’t accept tips. At lunch, you grab your own flatware, napkins, and water from a bar in the dining room. We didn’t mind this.One particularly nice touch was that when we arrived, there were no tables available, and we agreed to sit at the bar. The host said he would let us know if a table became available, since sometimes guests cancel very close to their reservation time. Lucky for us, about 10 minutes after we arrived, the host brought us to a table. It was kind of him to remember our preference and work on that for us. “We went to Farm Bar last night with another couple and it was so delicious I had to write a review. We started with the cheese curds and we all agreed that they are the best we have ever had. Then we had the salad that was on the Specials list. It was a smear of ricotta cheese with butter lettuce, peas, asparagus, watermelon radishes and a very light, tasty vinaigrette dressing. So fresh and flavorful. The owner came by our table and has a huge farm in Wisconsin so everything is so fresh and menu changes with seasons. My husband had the catfish. He is a southern boy and he loved it. Huge portion as well! Two of us had the cavatelli. Fresh pasta and layered with textures and flavors. And one of us had the burger. “My husband and I were in Chicago for a convention a couple of weeks ago. While I was getting ready for the day he was watching the news and says to me "we need to try this place". As y'all know from my other reviews he is a pizza perfectionist :) On the morning spotlight segment was this place called Whiskey Girl Tavern and they were talking how they are known for their hot honey pepperoni pizza and chicken tenders (which sell out).We didn't get to go to it that day and the next day we kept debating between that one and Robert's pizza which had been recommended. Well he couldn't get the image of their pizza out of his mind, so we hopped in a Uber and took the 25min ride to check it out.We sat at the best seat in the house ... the corner bar where we had the pleasure of meeting and talking to the best bar manager, Phil!! I ordered the Spill That Spicy T Margarita made with their homemade pineapple, jalapeño mix. It was the perfect balance.. of heat, sweetness (I don't do sweet) perfect touch of smoke from the mezcal and finished with a tahini rim ... omg I can't stop thinking about it!!!! To start we ordered the fried pickles which were the perfect size and lightly breaded .. delicious .Now the main event .. the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Let's talk about the crust which in our opinion will make or break a pizza. We love thin crust with a nice char , not burnt which is a fine line. We needed to be in that small 2 person kitchen at the end of the bar to see how on God's green earth they have perfected this pizza crust!! And who doesn't love cupped pepperonis? I personally feel these should be on every pepperoni pizza instead of those big greasy ones. I just can't say enough about how delicious this was!!!While talking to Phil my husband tells him how we heard about it and that we took the drive to check them out. Phil tells us we have to meet and tell the owners. We met Heather and Christina who were beyond thrilled and sweet to have us there. It's a small world bcs while talking with them we find out that during Covid they didn't want to be locked down in the cold and bought a place 30/40 minutes from us !! They opened the tavern about 2 years ago and just recently purchased the old pool hall next door. They showed us around and it was so cool with an old school vibe with some brown leather couches, pool table and a nice size bar that had just opened that day.If have read this far , THANK YOU! They have a few unique pizzas, such as the Queen of Hearts, which is basically if spinach artichoke dip was a pizza. I had the hot honey pepper pizza and honestly whoever decided honey goes on pizza deserves an award. The pizzas only come in one size, which is 16” aka large, so you’ll probably want to share. Since my girlfriend and I have different taste palates (mine being good and hers being less good), we ordered two pizzas and now we have lots of leftovers. And some dishes like hummus plate, which consisted of cut up carrots and cucumber with pita bread and a large spoonful of hummus, was not worthwhile at $14. Same goes for a bowl of Irish cabbage soup for $10. Having said, other items like chicken wings and burgers were quite delicious and were worth paying little more for them. Given their great beer selection and wonderful cocktails, it is worth a visit.“

Our server Colleen did an amazing job accommodating our needs in such a busy establishment. The atmosphere was fun. They had trivia night while we were there and you could tell it was a pretty big deal amongst the locals. The guy running the trivia was a star! His personality is great for it.
