The "manager" was supposed to call me for a refund and that never happened. I will never be back or ever recommend. Horrible customer service - thanks for the hour wait for the meal delivery as well as food that was not edible. Also the no call back "to make it right"”

We came in today, with our 2.5 y/o tot, and it's still so good. They hooked my daughter up with a Capri Sun and popcorn, so super kid friendly!
My wife loves sours, and when on tap, the Trampled Rose was her fave, Today she really enjoyed the Unsolicited Dill Pics. I generally enjoy IPA's, but today I broke away from Tesselation, and tried Liquid Grit (which tasted like Fall in a glass) and the Drewid Rituals (Red Ale).

The corn tortillas were soft and warm enough to make a taco, the beans were flavorful and not spicy, the carnitas were fall apart tender and very tasty, perfectly fried potatoes, and fluffy scrambled eggs. The salsa was very tasty and not overly spicy. The coffee was even tasty (Costco Kirkland medium roast). Unlike some breakfast restaurants, the background music was so low and mellow (helps with digestion), I could hear my friends talk. We have to go back during the week for dinner. UPDATE - I forgot one very important thing, the service was excellent. Our group was one of two in the restaurant, but shortly afterwards other start to arrive. There was only one friendly waitress, who, despite the growing crowd, was able to get back to us about more coffee and to check on us”

There are quiet spots and social areas for gathering around the brewery, as well as spaces for private events. I would recommend this spot to novices and enthusiasts alike. The staff here are wonderful, approachable, and the environment is welcoming. The beer hall is a lot of fun; I enjoy it every time I go….. which is often. It never gets boring. There are always fun events and parties going on. It’s exciting and I’m never disappointed. Even on slower days, there are plenty of opportunities for engagement. Grab a beer and take a stroll around the brewery. In terms of art and history, It’s almost like a museum of sorts. Very impressive! The gift shop is always stocked nicely and looks fantastic every time I visit. There’s an awesome assortment of clothing, stickers, accessories, beer (by the case and individually) etc. it’s well kept and looks great. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. Not super spicy, but they did have a little kick. The suya beef was also good . It came with Jollof and plantains. I also enjoyed that, but it was a little too spicy for me. Still really good though. Lastly, I had the okro soup with fufu. The soup was good, I was just really unfamiliar with how to it. It’s very viscous and kind of gooey. It had fish, a crab claw and shrimp. The fish had a lot of bones in it so be careful when eating that. And you also have to break apart the crab claw by hand. The soup is very time-consuming to eat so I probably won’t get it again. Still delicious, but it was just not my cup of tea. The woman who served me was extremely nice and welcoming. The couch I sat on was very comfortable and the music was so good! The vibes are a 10. I'd definer go back again, but in the future, I’d probably ask any of the dishes can be made slightly milder.

We were in line pretty early and talked to some regulars who love coming here. The meats were fantastic. Great bark on the brisket and pulled pork, tons of flavor and moisture. Tried the Greek sausage with feta cheese…yes please! Loved the bacon blue potato salad. Such a unique combination of flavors for a bbq side. Mac n cheese and Elote were both delicious as well. For those wanting to try fresh bbq in KC, skip the local legends and stop here for some of the best bbq you’ve ever had. Well done!!!”

Asked for recommendations on a small menu and was happy with their suggestions. We ordered the broccoli, gyoza, ravioli, swordfish, & lamb. Wanted the focaccia but they had run out.
The wine list was good and reasonably priced for a small plates / finer dining restaurant.
The plates were well paced, allowing us to enjoy each plate on its own. The tables are also very small so anymore than one plate at a time would be a struggle. Portion sizes were actually quite good, and with 5 plates for 2 people it was perfect.
The swordfish was the best dish, honestly the most flavorful thick steak cut, with a delicious sauce and gnocchi accompanying. Could have just had a plate of that each with some sides it was that good!
Was $250 for 2 people with a bottle of wine. Well worth it. Would recommend.”

“I had a terrible experience trying to use Uber Eats to get food delivered. Totally not Arthur Bryant’s fault. With all of the issues I had on an order that was well over $100, an employee (maybe manager) named Ontario, was the absolute hero of the day! I cannot say enough about how he took care of us despite Uber’s issue with their system. Long story short, our order was for dinner the previous night, but he was able to honor the order the next day for lunch. He treated us like we were royalty. The rest of the staff were friendly and personable. They definitely have the “hole in the wall”/dive vibe, and I am here for it. It’s authentic. Regarding the food. If I’m being honest the brisket was mid, which was disappointing as I love brisket. Maybe an off day. But I digress. The ribs were by far the best ribs I have ever had in my life. Zero exaggeration. The burnt ends were so tender and full of flavor. The sliced sausage was unlike anything I’ve had before. The onion rings were onion rings, not much more to say about them. Definitely solid. The cheesy corn was divine. What a great addition to a great meal. If I were to go back next time I’m in KC, I’m getting Cheesy corn, ribs, and ends. They get all the stars I have to give and Ontario should get all of the raises and promotions available.”
