“Honestly, if I could give ten out of five for the service I would. I placed an order with the app on Sunday Jan 7th and picked up my order at the counter. There was a substitution to my order for my nephew. One of your staff members took the time to check if there were any more of the kind of doughnut he wanted, there unfortunately wasn’t so they made one special for him by taking a honey dipped doughnut and putting chocolate frosting on it.I know this doesn’t sound like much lol, but my sister (his mother) has been admitted to KGH for over a month and we were coming back from visiting his mom, and this act of kindness had to make him feel better.I frequent this location regularly and never think to leave a review, simply because it runs so well, I can say I have never once had an issue at this location.Thank you again to the team member who helped me yesterday, I sincerely hope this makes its way to you!“
“Never see enough positive comments.I order pretty much the same thing everyday.They know my voice and my order is on the screen before I can even say good morning.My dog is obsessed with them.I've lived here 7 years and this is the one I go out of my way to get my coffee.I pass 4 on my way to work but I double back for this one. “We pop in to this Tim's because it is so close and convenient. It's right on highway 15 before the 401 in Kingston and it's always busy. The emplyees are always friendly and the service is great. I do worry about it being attached to a gas station/convenience store because people, especially in the morning, go roaring through the pumps to the drive through without looking to see if someone is going to their car. I wish there was a more definite entrance, rather than cutting through the pumps. So if you stop there for your favorite beverage, keep your eyes open for fools rushing for their caffeine fix.“

“I recently came through the McDonald's drive-thru this morning at the Kingston Centre and experienced terrible food and poor customer service. I had to come back to have my order fixed and then still ended up wuth terrible food, I instead went to Tim Hortons at the Gardiners Town Centre and had the best customer service from their morning staff and the best coffee hands down. “I used the drive through this morning and asked for a Roasted Hazelnut Latte. The young lady serving me was confused by my request and indicated there was no button for that but she would have them put hazelnut syrup in my coffee. I became a little short with her and for that I wish to apologize. I would ask you share my apology to her. It was not her fault the system had been changed and the latte removed from the menu. She did her best to accommodate me and my response should have been thank you and not a curt response as I did. I respect your employees and will be more thoughtful next time round.“

“Great location and friendly staffs. The only complaint that I have is whenever I do a mobile order pick up, one item always seems to be missed and having to wait a few minutes while the front counter staff finishes with the customers in line. A little inconvenient at times.Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and the place is clean.“

“The manager here was absolutely amazing. She treats her workers so well! Even though there was a line of 7 I only had to wait 1 minute to order and get my drink. The manager and her staff are very efficient and so very polite and I got a smiley on my cup and a warning about how hot my tea is:) I completely recommend coming here for your daily caffeine needs and I hope the manager (older lady 45-50) gets a raise“
“HUGE props to Penelope! I had actually picked up a coffee at the Tim Hortons location on John Counter drive thru...I had driven off and when I eventually tasted my coffee it was burnt. At this point, I was close to the Niagara Park location so I swooped in and decided to go in to this location to grab some cheese twists and use the restroom.While ordering the twists I explained the situation and asked if they could make me a new coffee. Without hesitation, Penelope said it was no problem at all and got me a new coffee with my order. I offered to grab the coffee from my car and bring it in to dump and she said that wouldn't be necessary. Thank you for the kind gesture even though it wasn't on you to make it right! I'll be stopping by this location to work from now on! ??PS - Just a suggestion, the ladies washroom could use a hook on the door for jackets/purses. Would be super convenient!“
“The ONLY Tim’s in this city that gets my order correct. Also the only Tim’s that give trays as trained 2 or more you automatically tray up unless asked otherwise. Collins bay&bath road are the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have personally ever been to across Canada …. They need some training from these experts!“

“This Tim Horton, is very friendly, it is always busy, because there is also a bus terminal, at the same property. The workers are always very busy, and don't have the time to do a proper cleaning. This Tim Horton is in desperate state to have a big cleaning. The floors are so dirty that you don't want to go to eat there, also the bathrooms are terrible so dirty, they need to be cleaned with a pressure washer, and bleach. I know they are not allowed bleach, but you can't clean it without the bleach. They must make a lot of money at this location, can't they afford a proper cleaning once every two weeks, by people from outside?The outside need a pressure washer treatment as well, for 3 days the side door outside is so dirty, it looks like somebody threw up on it. I hope you do something about it. Thanks!“
“I grab coffee here every day before work. The staff is extremely busy yet they are very friendly and do their best to get your order to you quickly. It's mind blowing how unbelievable rude and disrespectful customers can be to these young workers. I have never had a bad experience, they always smile and it's obvious they are doing the best they can with the huge line ups and trying to fill orders at the same time. I appreciate all their hard work.“

Their hours are reasonable as well, if it is stated they open and close at x-hour they honor it on the dot. Maybe, every other Timhortons can take a lesson from this location.“
