The big open seating space give me "easy like Sunday morning" vibes that you can keep going by swinging by Heath in the same building or just taking a stroll through the neighborhood.“

We ordered at the front window and it took around 15 minutes to get the food. It was a pleasant wait since we could walk along the beach while waiting for the food.The seafood cioppino was pretty pricey ($38 at the time). It was quite good -- the broth has great savory and spicy flavor. The shrimp is also cooked really well as were the clams. The one thing I didn't like about this dish was the fish fillet. It was really tough and overcooked. I think it's mostly due to the type of fish, which is prone to becoming tough. There was a lot of fish compared to the other seafood components. This dish was great other than the fish. We basically had it cold because we didn't want to overcook the seafood, but we could still appreciate the flavors.We also got the naked (hot and buttered) lobster roll ($30 at the time). We had it cold, but it was still pretty good. There was quite a lot of claw meat in addition to other parts of the lobster.The main downside of what we tried was the fish in the cioppino. Everything else was good, and I'd go back. I don't know if I'd wait a long time to be seated, though -- maybe takeout and eating soon after is the move. It's a really nice location and clearly a very popular place.“

I really like the ambiance and how the dine in experience is as well with the music they play and how It has a family style vibe that makes it really inviting. Overall, one of 16th streets best eats. “Passed by this place on the way to dinner with my friends, and I realized that I have bookmarked this place for awhile. Upon entering we were greeted by the employees and could request samples to try out their unique ice cream flavors. I sampled the Banana Puddin, but I didn't end up with that one because I didn't think it had enough banana flavor. I then sampled the Creme Fraiche, and that one tasted a lot like cheese/sour cream so I decided to pair it with the Brown Sugar Lavender. In a small bowl you can get up to 2 flavors, so that is what I did, and it did not disappoint. The interior of the place gives a lot of retro diner vibes, it felt very nostalgic. I enjoyed my ice cream with my friends sitting at one of the tables while seeing other customers come in and sit down at the bar to order their own ice cream. There's a variety of options to choose from, which includes milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, boozy floats, and more. I think the unique menu in both flavor and types of desserts make the Ice Cream Bar have an identity of its own compared to other ice cream parlors. If I'm ever in the area again, I look forward to their rotation of flavors and trying out the other desserts“

Service is so kind and generous. It gave off a homey vibe and they had some authentic class Filipino dishes which is a plus. Price was on the higher side but it is the airport. The garlic rice was fantastic and went well with the chicken adobo. The entree also came with a side dish, which is a great selection.“

She was super fun to talk to and was able to easily make a sketch to turn our vague cake ideas into something tangible. She was also able to add a dozen vegan cupcakes for our vegan guests. Everything turned out amazing! My only regret is that I wasn't really able to have some of the cake on my wedding day.
